Yes. EZ EV fully funds the EV charging infrastructure, including equipment, engineering, permitting, construction, and activation. There is no capital contribution required from the property owner.
EZ EV owns the charging equipment and related infrastructure for the duration of the agreement. Ownership allows us to manage operations, maintenance, and upgrades without involving the landlord.
Property owners receive compensation through a license fee and/or revenue participation, structured based on site feasibility, usage projections, and electrical capacity. Terms vary by site and are outlined prior to installation.
